like everyone on twitter is sharing random ‘vine videos’ of stupid stuff they do throughout the day
like literally nobody cares that you ate a brownie

So Equinox has just released a new yoga video following the success of their first.

I could definitely get used to waking up with a woman like her. As always, I’m in love with the way Equinox is doing their video and promotion. Makes a fitness photographer like myself feel very optimistic for the realm of fitness photography and videography

This was the first routine I ever did. And do a a lot of them everyday. This is an old video, 2008..but its still amazing.
Definitely worth trying if you’re just starting out or want to do a simple routine.
